What You Will Build

1. Webhook Server — receives incoming WhatsApp messages
2. Intent Classifier — understands what the user wants
3. Knowledge Base — answers from predefined FAQs
4. Admin Dashboard — add/edit FAQs, view conversation logs

Core Requirements

• Receives and replies to WhatsApp messages
• Handles 10+ FAQ topics (admission, fees, timings, results, etc.)
• Falls back to "I will connect you with a human" when unsure
• Admin panel to update FAQs without code changes
• Works in sandbox mode (no real business account needed for demo)

Bonus Features

• Multi-language support (Hindi + English)
• Broadcast notifications — send updates to all subscribers
• Analytics dashboard — most asked questions, response times
• Integration with college website API for real-time data
